Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Queryables AI ("Queryables," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Queryables platform, including all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Queryables is an AI-powered workflow automation platform. The Service includes:

• AI Agents that execute tasks through natural language conversation, including research, content creation, data analysis, and process automation
• Workflow Engine for creating, scheduling, and running multi-step automated processes including cron-based recurring workflows
• App Integrations connecting to third-party services such as Slack, Gmail, Salesforce, Google Drive, and 100+ other applications
• Messaging Channels enabling agent interaction via Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp
• Browser Automation for taking screenshots, navigating websites, and extracting data
• External Integrations connecting to Google Drive, Sharepoint, Notion, and other services for document access

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for more than 12 months.

4. Billing and Payment

4.1 Pay-As-You-Go Model

The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You load funds into your account balance and usage is deducted in US dollars as AI agents, workflows, and other platform operations are executed. The actual cost per task varies based on the AI model used, the complexity of the task, and the tools invoked.

4.2 Loading Funds

You may add funds to your account balance at any time through the platform. Funds are available immediately upon successful payment. There are no mandatory subscription tiers — you choose how much to load based on your needs. All payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars.

4.3 Usage and Depletion

Your balance is consumed as you use AI agents, run workflows, and execute automations. Usage is calculated based on the underlying cost of AI model inference plus a platform markup. When your balance reaches zero, scheduled workflows and cron-based automations will be paused automatically. You will be notified before your balance reaches zero. Manual operations may also be restricted until funds are added.

4.4 Refunds

Unused funds remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in cases of billing errors. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us within 60 days at billing@queryables.ai.

4.5 Promotional Balance

We may offer promotional or early-bird bonus funds from time to time. Promotional balances may have different terms, including expiration dates, and will be consumed before purchased funds. Promotional balances have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Generate, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest websites in violation of their terms of service or robots.txt directives
• Send unsolicited messages (spam) via email, Slack, or other integrations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent balance limits, rate limits, or usage restrictions
• Use AI agents to impersonate real individuals without their consent

6. Your Data and Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the data, content, and materials you upload or create using the Service ("Your Content"). This includes conversation inputs, workflow definitions, uploaded documents, generated reports, and integration data.

6.2 License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. This includes sending Your Content to third-party AI model providers for processing and to third-party applications you have connected via integrations.

6.3 AI-Generated Output

Output generated by AI agents ("AI Output") — including research reports, emails, presentations, and workflow results — is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving AI Output before relying on it or sharing it externally. AI Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinated information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI Output for any particular purpose.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party applications and services. When you connect an integration, you authorize Queryables to access and interact with that service on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each third-party application you connect. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. You may disconnect any integration at any time through the platform settings.

8. Service Availability and SLA

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, including missed cron workflow executions or delayed message delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Queryables AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your right to use the Service is limited to the license granted under these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUERYABLES AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QUERYABLES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI AGENTS WILL PRODUCE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE RESULTS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES AND SHOULD BE INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED BEFORE RELIANCE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Queryables AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of a third party, or (d) Your Content or AI Output that you distribute or publish.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service and contact us to close your account.
