How does pricing work?
You load funds into your account and agents spend them as they work. Every task — a chat message, a workflow step, a research report — shows its actual dollar cost. There are no hidden fees, no token math, no conversion rates.
How much does a typical task cost?
A simple chat message costs about $0.10. A 3-step workflow (like capturing screenshots and posting to Slack) costs about $0.40. A deep research report with email and presentation costs about $1.50. Daily automations running every 5 minutes average about $5/day.
Does my balance expire?
No. Funds remain in your account indefinitely. Use them at your own pace — there's no monthly minimum or use-it-or-lose-it pressure.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Scheduled workflows pause gracefully. You'll receive a notification before your balance reaches zero. Simply add funds to resume everything. You can also enable auto-recharge to keep agents running uninterrupted.
Is there a free tier?
New accounts receive a free balance to explore the platform. This is enough to run several workflows, test integrations, and evaluate whether Queryables fits your needs — no payment method required.
Can I use my own AI API keys?
Not currently. We manage the AI model infrastructure to ensure reliability, observability, and consistent billing. This also means you don't need to manage API keys or worry about rate limits.
What AI models do you use?
We use Claude (Anthropic) and GPT (OpenAI) models. The specific model is configurable per agent — you can choose based on the quality and cost trade-off that works for your use case.
