Queryables AI ("Queryables," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Queryables platform at queryables.ai. Queryables is an AI-powered workflow automation platform that helps businesses automate tasks, research, communications, and processes through conversational AI agents.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our platform. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. Authentication is handled by Clerk, a third-party identity provider. We do not store passwords directly.
2.2 Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment credentials on our servers. Stripe retains your payment method details in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We receive only a tokenized reference, card brand, last four digits, and expiration date for display purposes.
2.3 Usage Data
We collect data about how you interact with the platform, including: AI agent conversations and prompts, workflow definitions and execution logs, integration connection metadata (not credentials), API call volume and token usage for billing, browser type, IP address, and device information.
2.4 Conversation and Workflow Data
When you interact with AI agents, your messages, instructions, and workflow outputs are processed by third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI). We store conversation history and workflow results in our database to provide continuity, memory, and observability features. Screenshots captured by browser automation tools are stored temporarily and served via time-limited signed URLs that expire after 24 hours.
2.5 Integration Credentials
When you connect third-party applications (Slack, Gmail, Salesforce, etc.), we store OAuth tokens and API credentials needed to interact with those services on your behalf. These credentials are encrypted at rest and are used solely to execute the integrations you configure. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Process your transactions, manage your account, and track usage for billing
- Execute workflows, automations, and scheduled tasks you configure
- Send messages, emails, and notifications through your connected integrations
- Improve our AI agent quality, workflow reliability, and platform performance
- Respond to customer support inquiries and provide technical assistance
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with the following categories of service providers, each of which operates under their own privacy policies:

5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history and workflow execution logs are retained for 90 days after execution, after which they are automatically purged. Screenshots expire after 24 hours. When you delete your account, we remove all personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records for tax compliance, which are retained for 7 years).
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) for all data, credential encryption for third-party integration tokens, signed URLs with HMAC-SHA256 for temporary resource access, role-based access control scoped to organizations, and regular security audits of our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Cookies and Tracking

Queryables is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located. By using Queryables, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses where required by applicable law.
